Our Plans and My View...

Happy Weekend~

I've been wanting to see this movie
since we saw the previews...

I love Frances McDormand and good word tells me
this is a light fun-hearted movie, so we're going~
Oh, and of course, the popcorn!

Now, I have been walking again - Yay!
and thank you ladies for all your words
of true inspiration for me to get up and out there again.

Here are just a few of random shots
of places I walked by today...

A cafe

A home

A courtyard

A house covered in vines
(and a very good Taqueria!)

Not sure how far ~
40 minutes worth of walking
oh... And 20 minutes with Smiling Zeke first, then...
looked in many antique store windows...

I feel good ~
I hope you do too!

What are you doing this weekend?

xoxo, Tracie

I am so proud of you and you have inspired me. I too am going to get out and get moving, I feel so much better when I do. Such pretty photos, love the courtyard and that one home with the pretty porch. My sale is over, yaaaaa!! A lot of work but worth it. I hope you enjoy your movie and have a wonderful restful blessed weekend.

Oh you are such a good girl going out walking. Ive been doing that too, only the scenery here isnt anywhere near as pretty as yours!Maybe i'll take my camera next time and show you.

I looove Frances McDormand too! I must see that movie. I loved her in Almost Famous (one of my most fave movies), she was just brilliant.

Have a gorgeous weekend lovely gal.

Hi Tracie :)

Beautiful walk you had. Your pictures are always so perfect. It looks like a great movie too.

I can't believe you haven't read Green Eggs and Ham! It's a must read ;) Let me know if you really do want a copy.

This weekend is going to be all about cleaning out the basement full of furniture and paint cans and then onto reorganizing Annie's room. Kinda boring, but it needs to be done.

Have fun at the movies and eat some popcorn for me!

Good morning, Tracie! Have fun at the movie! Try this: Pour milk duds in a hot bag of popcorn. The heat slightly melts the chocolate and softens the caramel. Take a bite of popcorn and milkdud. Pure yumminess! Love the photo of the vine covered house and the cafe gate. Charming!

You have a wonderful place in which to walk. Is that your actual neighborhood? I keep finding excuses not to walk. And I hope you love the movie. I too love Frances McDormand. I just can't stand the theater. Too loud!

Hey Tracie,
I'm taking the night off from painting to enjoy an evening catching up with my blogging buddies. You seem to have some wonderful photo inspiration on your walks. Lovely, especially the vine covered house. Love that! And yes, in answer to your question, I came up with the design myself. I am really pleased with the results because I feel it's like making a silk purse out of a sow's ear.
Take care, Lisa & Alfie, who sends his best to Zeke

I walked last night with Sophee-a.
I wish I could do it during the day too but taking 6 kids on a brisk walk , not so fun LOL
If you lived closer we could walk together with our pups. I know you are in CA. and I am sure one of these days, I will see you at a store or one of the flea markets.
I tagged Lisa....I am so honored she played. I think you have already been tagged though. It is hard to find someone who has not been tagged already. That was my first tag so I had to play. From what I hear that is lisa's first and last LOL!
