Time and Not Enough of It...

I've been working around the house,
Antique shopping for just the right treasures
Trying (yes trying...) to learn a new computer application
and planning a special birthday party for this weekend~

Zeke's been having a good time though
a new toy~

Boy, have I missed everyone
(and I still don't have everything done!)

Here are some garden pictures I took over the last couple days.
This wild rose smells so good, we didn't plant it,
but it seems
quite happy to be living in our garden.

I call the wild rose below
the Candy Cane Rose - maybe Santa planted this one!
It's not in our color palette, but I don't have the heart
to tell it that it can not grow here... so happily it grows~

Ahh, one of my favorites!

I've decided I just need to move everything around
the house and move things in and out of the garage too~

Wish me luck in getting everything done
and let me know~
What do you do when you've got
too much to do?

I will be back on Friday for a Mother's Day post too
I've added it to my list...

xoxo, Tracie

Hi Tracie,
Oooh loving that candy cane rose, I have never seen one. I bought a geranium yesterday very similar to that. I have missed you too. But it sounds like you are having fun. I love rearranging and tweaking. Would you mind if I came over and helped you. I am off today. Do you think Zeke and Jackson would like to play with each other? Jackson loves to play and he gets lonely for a playmate. I can't wait to see and hear what you've done.

It is a never ending cycle Tracie....So much to do and never enough time. I think we make a lot of our own chaos sometimes. For instance, my bedroom LOL. I think I am the only one who stresses. It is usually fine as is, but I always have to dabble and then I am never satisfied. So today....I am taking this from your blog. TAKE TIME TO SMELL THE ROSES!
Thanks Tracie :0) and good luck on whatever it is that is keeping you so busy.

Zeke seems quite happy. What do I do when I have too much to do? I usually end up adding more to the already overwhelming list. And then I flit about like a bird trying to do a little of this and a lot of that. And eventually just sit down and sigh. Love your roses.

Tracie....I have been thinking and browsing ebay and graigs list. Uh Oh!
Take a break and pull up a chair. I am going to purchase one of those campers on LeAnn's blog(I am serious) and then I am going to attach a cute pink bike to the back.
I will be 40 in a year and a half and my baby will graduate next year so I am almost done raising kiddos.
I love antiquing and thrifting so I am going to travel a bit with the vintage camper. I am looking at Shasta's, 69 for my birth year. Now I know you are wondering where you fit in....
Well there are only a few Cali girls so you are all invited along. I am going to pick 2 shows a year and sell some stuff. Also hit a few shows and stores throughout the year for fun. So when I purchase my new baby...I will pull up and honk for you,O.k?
Hope you liked the diversion from your busy work. I am on the hunt and you will be the first to see my new toy LOL Hugs, Sheri and Sophee-a
