Need Some Spinach?

Special Weekend...
Phyllo Spinach Ramekins
and nothing to do (on purpose!)

My husband made Phyllo Spinach Ramekins this weekend~
If you like spinach, pine nuts, feta and parmesan cheese,
you're set!
We were lucky it was cool enough this weekend

(plus he got up at 5:30 a.m. and started baking ;)

Lucky me, woke up to the smell of toasted pine nuts
(one of my favorites...)

What's your favorite recipe?

Happy Day!

Wow Tracie, a man who cooks??? Where ever did you find this dream boat??? Your a blessed woman indeed!!!!!
I really don't have any cause to complain, I get to stay home and be the lady of leisure (ha, ha, ha, ha etc. etc.) and my guy goes off to work and makes the money, I am blessed too...I have been outside every minute, painting the barn and gardening, I will post more updates soon...

Ypur HUSBAND made those scruptious looking delights? Wow. I'm pretty sure mine doesn't have a clue as to what a "Ramekin" is--let alone Phyllo Dough! Lucky girl!

That sounds so tasty! I think my husband would freak if I told him he had to make those. He's a little frightened of the kitchen. :)

I just love the smell of homemade bread or rolls. It brings back such wonderful childhood memories!

It is a very nice way to wake up!!!!
It looks so delicious and I must admit little complicated for me since it looks like something out of a fancy restaurant.

Bon Appetite and enjoy your day!

Hey Tracie,
One question. Why so early? To avoid the heat or did you have them for breakfast? I know I would! You lucky girl you. And I'm sure Zeke got a taste too!
