The Breeze as it flows through the trees...

First signs of Fall~
the leaves are beginning to fall a bit themselves...
It's been cool the last couple of mornings~

I can feel the dewy morning as I take my walk
and I love it!

And what could this be?
I wonder as I walk

up the stairs this afternoon...

Looks like someone did a very bad job
of making the bed... hmm, couldn't be me~
I've got "issues" with folding, pulling, lines
coming together just right.
Just ask anyone in my family ;)

Let's look...

Looks cozy in there, doesn't it?
...And more importantly, warm~
Let's Get Closer...
Closer...

Ahh, cozy cat!
He's thinking "turn out the light"
(sorry for the blur - had to take it quickly
before I ruined his nap completely!)

And just perfect for this cool,
much anticipated weather
after the terrible heat waves this Summer~

~*~ Next ~*~
Something lovely in the mail
from Lori at The Ivy Leaf Tea Parlor
(one of the nicest ladies around)
What beautiful packaging...
Vintage sheet music wrapped this lovely
container of fragrant tea
Even the bow has a teeny, tiny tea cup on it~
How cute is that?
And the nicest note, gorgeous handwriting too!

You can go visit Lori at The Ivy Leaf
here

(Think you'll know the tea trivia question
for this week?
She's having a giveaway...)

Here's a close up of the tea
Ahhh...
Japanese Sweet Cherry Blossom
Smells so good I can not put it into words
and tastes even better if that's possible.
Wish we had smell-a-blogging!

After such a wonderful day
of Fall weather, just wanted to
include a little bouquet...
Just to make things even prettier~
I have so many other goodies
I would love to share and will,
but have run out of time (again)~

...I promise soon!

Thank you for being patient with me ;)

Have a lovely rest of your week
and upcoming weekend too!

Jackson is sleeping under the covers as I type this. Someone told him he was a D O G....but shhhh.....he's ignoring them. I love fall and am so happy to have cooler temperatures. I just have to tell you that the blogging world is just not the same without you. You are so missed!!

Hugs,

Ah yes, the leaves are slowly drifting down, "letting themselves go"...I'm with the cat -- that looks a lovely place to snuggle up!!

And your tea looks delish -- I've had some from Lori and it's a delight -- her packaging is a gift in itself. Enjoy your tea in front of your rose bouquet!

I am off to San Fran to shop-visit Ashlee and maybe Lisa and Alfie too.
We are heading to the Shabby Chic store and a flea market too.
I have been trying to watch what I eat lately and it only worked for about 4 days :(
Oh well....life is so short. I think I will have pizza LOL

You're funny Tracie! I'm also a bed making nut, the bed has to be made first thing in the morning and everything has to be right, with the exception of yesterday, the cat was asleep on the bed and I didn't want to disturb her, so I actually went out without making the bed!!
Love your goodies, sounds like you'll be glad of a bit of relief from the heat.
I've been a very neglectful blog visitor lately, if I do have a chance to visit I very often don't have time to leave comments, never mind I'm sure people understand.
Have a great weekend

Hi Tracie,
Ah, what blessed relief! Cool fall weather AND being able to get thru on my computer. It has been a major source of frustration. I am tired from painting projects and just want to curl up with a good blogfest and then the stupid internet connection doesn't work. So I thought I would hit my favorites while the signal is strong. Big woof to Zeke and cool breezes to you!
