Run! Don't Walk ~ A Thing of Beauty

© Photo Courtesy of Alice W. All Rights Reserved

You've got to run over to Jennifer's blog The Old Painted Cottage to see my dear friend Alice's home featured as February's Cottage of the Month.

It's all things lovely, beautiful and enchanting and even includes a photo of Zeke's best friend, Renoir just lounging around.

You can find the Cottage feature here

And of course, Alice's new address at Typepad here

I'm off to rearrange my kitchen, inspiration has hit!

Au Revoir for Now!

I finished my kitchen and now I'm working on my bedroom. I love cameo's. I'll have to get mine out and take a picture.

Thanks for visiting my blog. Your cameo is so pretty - I have one my dad gave me when I was in the hospital in 1976 that I treasure. I browsed your shop-you have so many lovely items!

I was so excited to see my friend, Linda @ Linda's Bluegate in Porch Magazine! She is such a wonderful talented gal and ever so sweet. And congrats to Marie @ Dolls by Marie Antoinette on winning your giveaway! She is so deserving and an absolute doll herself!!
I will hop over to your friend's cottage. Very exciting!!

I was there earlier today, and I was very delighted to see such a lovey home So many wonderful treasures throughout. I believe she posted sometime ago her living room area on Rate my space. At that time I save her picture in my favorite files.

Thank you for posting this!!! I am in awe of the kitchen as well but since my wonderful husband is our official cook and he likes the very simple look I am afraid that the kitchen will have to be the kitchen in my blog land home. :)

Tracie, thank you for the link to your friend's house. It is truly lovely! I can only imagine my boys tossing a football around or playing soccer with their friends in the house!! They have flown on wings of their own now and I have taken possession of their rooms for the grandbabies and sewing, beading, photography and vintage collecting.
Dreaming on!
