Love Your Weekend

No matter what you do...

L-O-V-E your weekend!

A little slice of my bedroom for Friday

If you're looking at it from afar
grab it in and give it a hug

Old zinc, well loved chest & vignette

There won't be another like it... again.

A little vignette just for you this Friday ~ Vendredi

 Make each moment count

Sea shells, driftwood, white roses

That's what my plans for the weekend are...
embracing it and making it count :)

And to make a new pasta dish... I'll share the recipe
if it turns out deliciously good
Don't worry, there will be much cheese
and a few mushrooms too!

If you haven't entered my giveaway yet,
it's the post below for dainty, ruffly Pom Pom at Home napkins

Happiness to you!

Tracie, I think your bedroom is so lovely. A place where I would feel right at home. (but don't worry...I don't think Dale will let me move in)LOL! You know how to keep things around you that you feel connected to and that are beautiful as well. I love that. Can you imagine living in a home where a decorateor made all the choices for you?
I was interested hearing that you know a Season too. (or have one in your family) I heard the name years ago when a model by the name of Season Hubley often frequented the cover of my favorite magazine 'Seventeen'. I knew then that I would name a girl Season.
hugs to you...

Hello Tracie... oooh, I am loving your pretty bedroom! That old chest is fabulous!... and I love that you put your little Nature finds out to look at and enjoy each day, remembering when and where you found them and brought them home... I also LOVE your pink purse I see hanging in the background! You simply must show a closeup of that, it looks absolutely stunning! I want one!... Wish I was there for some of your pasta, yum!... your words are so inspiring too... I love weekends, even though I am retired now, weekends are still something special to look forward to... I will find things in my home to L~O~V~E as well... xoxo Julie Marie PS I want to win those pretty napkins!

Tracie, How sweet of you to be thinking of me. I want to see your find! I find myself doing the same thing...thinking of bloggers while shopping. Isn't it funny how close we feel to each other in this blogging community. Your bedroom is sooooo romantic. And your vignette at the foot of your bed is so kindred to my heart. We like the same things. That piano video in the sea is gorgeous! Oh, how I want to be her!!!! Did you notice the lantern on her piano is from Ikea? Have a lovely weekend. ox~ kerrie

How do you ever leave that room? I would be a prisoner to it's silent tranquility?
I'll be working my little hind end off this weekend, but I'll try to love it!
P.S. Thank you for signing and adding your name. That little list makes me proud to be a woman.

Beautiful thoughts and beautiful bedroom, too!
I'm stuck at the hospital working this weekend, so embracing it is a bit like hugging a porcupine. ;-)
