Happy Week

Just wanted to say...

Happy New Week!
Olives et Roses
I took this photo in my petite gazebo last week
while taking store photos and love the way

Roses and Olives are growing
so beautifully together

I'm busy wrapping parcels, still trying to find the right tree...
We have an olive tree in our living room right now playing stand in
for us at the moment, but I love its look.

We finally have the lights up on My Petite Maison
thanks to my hubby. We walked to the store twice to get them yesterday.
(a little thing about bringing our wallet in order to have the store
let us go home with the merchandise!)  It was one of those days,
but ended up walking about 5 miles because of it.

Have a beautiful day, hope to see you for White Wednesday.
I'm trying to get my visiting up to date... it's hard this time of year,
but I'll see you soon.  What are you up to this week?

Happiness to you!

The roses and olives do look great together...what a juxtaposition! I am hoping to get our tree today...it is only 18 degrees here so I am hoping I don't make a hasty choice!

Have a great week Tracie!

Jane

How funny! That sounds like something my husband and I would do...walk all the way there and remember we had no way of actually paying for our goods. LOL! Oh well, I know I could use the exercise, but I'm sure at the very least, your heart thanks you! Have a great week!

I love your vignettes and the white looks so old world. Fabulous!

A 5 mile walk is good if it's not 20 degrees with a wind chill!

My home is all decorated only because I had a party last weekend. I never have my act together this early!

Hello Tracie~looks like your off to a festive holiday. Your olive tree brings a flood of memories to mind of my youth in Southern CA.
We had olive trees that lined our whole neighborhood. It was pretty comical when we'd attempt to roller skate with ripened olives scatter all over the sidewalks.

I'm looking forward to decking our halls with Christmas this weekend.
My son will be home from college when we'll be chopping our Christmas tree from the backyard.

It's good to be back, I hope you get a chance to stop by for a visit.

Sweet wishes,
Sara

It is looking beautiful at your place and sounds like you had a great day, with a lot of exercise too.

Enjoy the rest of the week
