Returning & My Petite Maison joins in Shabbyfufu Holiday Giveaway

Hello, Happy Friday and Happy December, dear friends

Friday Fleurs from my Husband in French Zinc Flower Pot

It feels so good to be back to my blog after about two months.  We've been experiencing life with a large breed puppy here, which takes more energy than we remembered and 3 huge storms in Northern California (we're still cleaning the property and our huge pines), and of course, running my boutique as well.

So long to my bistro table, Bechet keeps his toys on it for now

I want to take a moment to say thank you to those of you that dropped me a line via email, Twitter and Facebook asking how I was and would I be posting for Christmas this year. Honestly, you made me feel lovely about getting back to my blog.  Many thanks, sweet heart warmers.

Now... just a few shots of pretty photos, sharing some flea market finds and pointing you in the perfect direction for the holiday season.  But, please know:  I will be posting Christmas décor here at My Petite Maison late next week, soon as I get my act together...

As always, throwing things about... but in a good way.  Love the scarf, a Marshall's find a few years back.

French Basket, Old French Coffee Table I love

Isn't this sweet?  An old French Seltzer/Siphon Bottle Cart.  I filled it with one of my old zinc pots and some old French clay pots that I purchased from my friend, Naomi years ago.  I love these pots and the cart together.  The cart, or the wheels roll and make the cutest little sound... I think I can hear it in Southern France moving about delivery to delivery.
 Here's a little close-up...

Now, to some very good news, just in time for the holidays...

My dear friend, Janet of Shabbyfufu fame is hosting a giveaway, a very generous one, not to be missed.  I'm pleased to be contributing a very special French piece from my boutique for this event.  There are many items... oui, not to be missed!

Please Note:  You need to enter the Giveaway at Janet's beautiful blog.  Just click the avatar below, it will take you there.

For the giveaway, My Petite Maison is offering a lovely French Wasp Catcher for the taking...  Honestly, I think it's beautiful in the jardin or in Les Maison as well.  It's got a whisper of lavender, as you can see and carries its original wire, cork and embossed with VS.  I think it would be really nice hanging from a ceiling pot rack.

French Wasp Catcher from My Petite Maison Boutique & Antiques

Now, for more good newsI'll be adding a few new French-Nordic vintage & antiques to the boutique today (Friday) and then more next week.  Please keep checking back to see new additions.

And, I have to include dear Pippy watching over each photo shoot for you animal lovers (and myself too).

Sweet Pippi Rose

We've just started bringing out some sparkles and twinkle lights... Here's a glimpse today, notice the wasp catcher has chandelier crystals inside to pick up the light and carry it on.

Thank you for visiting with me today.  It's really good to be back and visiting with you here.  See you next week for some Christmas festive décor here at My Petite Maison.
